Shipping Policy

We ship our products once the order and payment is confirmed. We use third-party shipping services to ship the items across India. Delays are to be expected in case of contingency.

We ship the products within a day or two. Tracking id will be sent as WhatsApp/SMS and customer can track the courier directly from courier service.

Delivery Charges

We're delighted to share that we offer free delivery for all orders inside Kerala for all the purchases of above 500 Rs.

Rest assured, there are no hidden or extra charges. The total payable amount is transparently indicated for each order.

Delivery Partners

For most products, our preferred delivery partners are India Post or DTDC, both known for their reliable services. Please contact us if there is any preference.

In certain instances, our delivery partners may not provide door delivery services. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, we do offer you the option to choose your preferred delivery partner if you inform us before dispatch. Please understand that while we are continuously working to enhance our services for door delivery, such occurrences are exceedingly rare. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Delivery Time

The delivery time may vary depending on your specific location and the services provided by our trusted logistics partner. Nevertheless, our utmost dedication is to deliver orders within a timeframe of 4 to 7 business days.

If there is any delay in courier due to the issues courier service Dahlia Collections is not responsible.

Collect from Store Orders can only be picked up from the Thodupuzha store after 24 hours after placing the order.
